175 brokerage firms representing over 50% of Nasdaq volume. Maintaining
minority equity interests in the BRUT ECN are: Bear Stearns, Goldman
Sachs, Herzog Heine Geduld, Inc., Knight-Trimark Group, Lehman Brothers,
Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Salomon Smith Barney.
